Since yesterday was all talk of death and such, I've decided today will be about life and getting the most out of it. One way to get the most out of life is to keep in good shape. However, we all have very busy lives and don't always get time to pick up some weights, run, or go to the gym. Therefore, I am providing you with a graphic describing isometric exercises. Isometric exercises are those that can be done using your own body as resistance or weight and thus makes weights and machines unneeded. I do a full set every day and I'd suggest that you do as well. Not only does it make you feel great but it will help keep you going longer.
On a side note, thanks to all who responded to my last poll (it was very informative). A new one has been put up and I hope that you'll answer that one as well.
