How to tell when someone is lying

Looking back at my post on how to lie effectively, I've decided to post the opposite side of the coin. This info-graphic will teach you important steps to telling when someone is lying. Enjoy

    I use a lot of these in interviews myself... especially the eyes - not so much staring too long or blinking too much but marked changes in the pattern.
    Always start with a few 'get to know you' questions to establish normal behaviour patterns, then bring on the tough ones.

    sometimes i'll pretend i'm on a lie detector and someone's asking me a yes or no question.. i'll pretend they're asking a different question when i answer and see if my heart rate fluxuates. also, eye contact is key when lying to someone's face
