Lifehacks - Everyday things to improve your life

S1N1337 over at http://seniorbeaver.blogspot.com/ suggested in my post on living conditions around the world that my next post be about "lifehacks." For those who don't know, lifehacks are small things that you can change in your everyday life in order to get a noticeable benefit (small or large). I've used most of the ones i have in my life and find them exceedingly helpful, I hope you do as well.

    which brand of elevator is this though. every elevator can do this, but different brands have different codes to enter.

    i carry a welding torch and fuse the doors shut, then melt them open at my floor. works on all brands.
