Tips on how to make sleep better and more efficient
If you're willing to try it out please come back and tell us. It sounds fantastic but seems like it would take a lot of dedication. I personally love getting around 10 hours of sleep every night, I'm not sure what I'd do without it. However, many studies that I have heard about have shown if you are fully dedicated to changing your sleep cycle and staying with it, the system laid out above can be highly beneficial!
