Lucid Dreaming 2.0

As was requested by Aaron the Baron over at The Life of Baron, here is another info-graphic on lucid dreaming (it is an update of one I have previously posted). On the note of previous posts, I'd like to remind everyone that I try to carefully label all my posts so that you can find past posts according to your interests.

I'd like to thank everyone who participated in my poll and to let you all know another one has been posted. Thanks!

  7. Lucid dreaming is by far one of my favorite things. If I can get to do it every night, that'd be so cool. Though, I wonder if it would lead to depressing dreams when you always realize your world isn't real.

Thanks a lot for the post, man

  14. Useful graphic. I haven't really tried to lucid dream. I've had times where I just realized I was dreaming and used that to my advantage, but it's rare.

  19. I'm already able to lucid dream; it's not too hard to do it once you set your mind to it. Cool picture/information, though.

  20. Pretty nice batch of information, I may just get back to practicing lucid dreaming thanks to you!
Still have a bunch of dreams in my old dream log. Guess I'll add the new ones to that.

Also, never concidered lucid dreaming as a way to practice certain social situations. Might be useful for me, can be extremely nervous when speaking in front of large groups..
